CX-One Carbon Apex 1x12 AXS brings together what matters most in a well-built training bike - a lightweight carbon frameset, a straightforward 1x12 drivetrain and a carefully selected component package that simply gets the job done. It’s built for regular riding, hard training sessions and race days when you want to focus on the course rather than the bike. The latest generation is designed around current standards and season-long use, with a UDH derailleur hanger, improved access to the cable routing inside the carbon fork and a threaded BSA bottom bracket insert.
CX-One is available from size XS - a deliberate choice with younger riders starting their CX journey in mind. Geometry and component selection were developed together with a bikefitter to keep the proportions balanced, giving smaller riders the right position and full control on the bike. This build uses electronic SRAM Apex XPLR AXS 1x12 with a 42T chainring and 10-36T cassette. A single chainring keeps the drivetrain simple and lets you stay focused on the ride, while the wide cassette range gives you the gearing for both fast sections and harder climbs. The rear derailleur stabilises the chain over rough terrain, helping the drivetrain run more quietly and reliably at high speed. AXS adds wireless shifting, customizable settings and straightforward control of the whole system.
Our hand-built wheels with Accent TGR Pro aluminium rims, Accent TGR V2 hubs with a ratchet system and Sapim D-Light Straight Pull spokes strike a solid balance of low weight, stiffness and durability - exactly what you want from a wheelset that will see plenty of training and racing. Combined with race-proven Vittoria Terreno Mix G2.0 700x33C tyres and rider-tested Accent EXE components, they create a dependable, season-ready setup weighing just 8.54 kg in size M.
